Lapi is known for lighting up traditional street food (Arancini) by elevating them to new heights with her own creative twists. She is widely acclaimed for her beautiful presentations, flavor combinations and cooking techniques despite very limited resources on a food truck. Who has been pleasing palates for fourteen plus years with his elevation and refinery of his native lands cuisine as well as showcasing different cooking styles and techniques. Gonzalez has built an enthusiastic following of patronswho have been checking in with him frequently about his new ventures.
